All sales are final due to the nature of our food products. However, we're dedicated to ensuring a great experience. If any items arrive damaged, like a broken pickle jar, we'll gladly replace them. Just reach out to us at orders@lancastergiftbox.com.
Shipping Policy
As a family-owned business, we take pride in carefully preparing and shipping each order with attention to detail. Please allow 48 hours for processing. We use USPS Priority shipping, which typically takes 1-3 days to arrive.
We ship Monday–Friday.
Delivery Addresses

When shipping directly to your recipient, don't forget to include a personal message in the gift message box that's on the cart page. We'll print your heartfelt message on a notecard and will include it in the bow of the gift box.
