If your order has not already been shipped, we can make the change. However, if your order has already been processed for shipping, we cannot amend your address. We use the address provided at checkout, so please double-check this information. Email orders@lancastergiftbox.com if your order has not been shipped yet.

As long as you receive a confirmation email for your order, then your payment has gone through and your order will ship out shortly.

We try to get all orders out the door as fast as we possibly can, and typically this means 1-2 business days to process. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will receive an additional email with the tracking information

Yes, you can add items to our curated gift boxes. Each gift box has different variants for your to choose from. However, you can only choose from the options provided within each curated gift box. If you'd like to create your own gift box, please visit our gift box building page or our shop in the heart of Lancaster City, PA.

If you are sending a gift box, you can add a gift message on the product page. Please fill out the message form, and then add the item to your cart. We print this out on a notecard and place in under the gift box's bow.

Not at this time. If you want to ship to 10+ addresses, please contact our team and we can help you do so! Please email orders@lancastergiftbox.com with your request.

We never include receipts or packing slips inside any of our gift boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift. Don't forget to fill out the message form so the recipient knows who the gift is from!

It depends. If you need to modify your order, contact Team Gift Box at orders@lancastergiftbox.com as soon as possible. If your order has not already been shipped, we are happy and able to amend it. If, however, your order has already been processed for shipping, unfortunately we aren’t able to make any changes.

First, we’re so sorry to hear of this happening. We take great care when preparing and packaging your orders for shipping, so this shouldn’t be an issue. Yes! Please fill out the message form on the product page before addign the gift box to your cart. We'll print the note on a card for you.

Yes, we occasionally offer discounts to subscribers to our newsletter. We also have a robust loyalty program, once you place your first purchase you earn points that become discounts.

Discount codes are one-time use. You must enter the code at checkout, we are unable to apply discount codes retroactively. We cannot accept more than one discount code per order. We appreciate your understanding!

No, unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations.

All sales are final. Because Lancaster Gift Box sells food products, it does not offer returns or refunds.  However, Lancaster Gift Box is committed to providing its customers with a great experience.We guarantee that all of our products arrive in great condition! We accept Credit Card (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and PayPal.

We sure do! We have a gluten free Taste of Lancaster gift box that you can order or you can build a gift box from large selction of GF products here.

Since we ship all orders via USPS, they will either skip attempting to deliver the package on Saturday if the mail carrier knows the business is closed; or they will attempt to deliver on Saturday, but will automatically re-attempt on the next business day. If you are shipping to a business address, we recommend you place your order earlier in the week.

We ship to all 50 States, including Alaska and Hawaii. If the address you enter at checkout isn't recognized, then we don't ship there.

This depends on where your are shipping your order. The flat-rate price is calculated at checkout.

As soon as your order has been fulfilled by our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number of your order and a link so you can check up on the whereabouts of your order.

We cannot guarantee the delivery date of a package. However, we recommend placing your order a week before the date you'd like it to arrive. Who doesn't want an early birthday gift? Please see the questions about lead-time for more detail.

This shouldn’t happen, but if on the rare occasion your package does go M.I.A, please contact us at orders@lancastergiftbox.com with your order number so we can investigate further.

We ship orders to the address provided at checkout and are not liable for returned packages. However, sometimes you may not have the most updated address for your recipient. We can resend a returned package, but you will be charged for shipping and to refresh the box. Please contact us for help orders@lancastergiftbox.com

Have them take a good look in and around their front yard/backyard/lobby/etc. and ask around to see if anyone has grabbed it for them -- there’s a good chance it’s hiding somewhere (trust us, it happens all the time). If tracking reflects that your order has been delivered, but your recipient is unable to locate the package, reach out to our customer care team and they’ll do everything in their power to help you locate your order. Please contact us at orders@lancastergiftbox.com so we investigate further.

We're sorry you haven't received a thank you note yet–you sent a really amazing gift! Sometimes it takes people a little while to say thank you.

We do not recommend shipping a gift to a hospital patient even if you have the correct room number–we have not had success with this. We recommend ordering a shelf-stable box that can be waiting for them at home, or place the order once you know they are home. If you are sending a gift to hospital staff, please include the department or call the location and ask what's the best address to send a gift. Boxes shipped to permanent health care facility residents usually find thier way to the recipeint.

Not at this time. However, you can always walk into out Queen Street shop and have a box built while you wait.

We ship all orders via USPS Priority. If your delivery address is close to us in Lancaster, PA your order will take about an estimated 1-2 business days to arrive. The further away you get from us, the more time it will take, but hey, anticipation makes everything more delicious right? Most orders arrive 1-4 days from fulfillment.

Cheese is an extremely robust food that has existed long before the advent of refrigeration, even predating recorded history. All of our cheeses are packed to travel and are vacuum-sealed. In the heat of summer we include ice packs that stay cool for up to 3 days, so your products arrive in pristine condition. We want your cheese to arrive at it's best!

In extreme summer conditions we include ice packs into our packages, so that all products arrive in pristine condition. If there is a problem with a chocolate item, we are happy to replace it. Please reach out to our team at orders@lancastergiftbox.com

The best way to do this is to create a new account under the email address you would like to use going forward. Please then email us at orders@lancastergiftbox.com and ask our team to merge both accounts together so that any order history and saved information is contained under the new account. Every time you make a purchase online, using the same customer account/email, you'll earn points. If you make an in-store purchase at our Queen Street Shop, please make sure to provide your customer account email. That way, our system will track those in-store purchases and you'll earn more points!

For every dollar you spend, you earn 1 point.
