    All sales are final due to the nature of our food products. However, we're dedicated to ensuring a great experience. If any items arrive damaged, like a broken pickle jar, we'll gladly replace them. Just reach out to us at orders@lancastergiftbox.com.

  • Shipping Policy

    As a family-owned business, we take pride in carefully preparing and shipping each order with attention to detail. Please allow 48 hours for processing. We use USPS Priority shipping, which typically takes 1-3 days to arrive.
    We ship Monday–Friday.

  • Delivery Addresses

    Please double-check the shipping address before finalizing at checkout. We ship orders to the address provided at checkout and are not liable for returned packages or packages sent to incorrect addresses. Read our FAQs here.

  • Gift Message

    When shipping directly to your recipient, don't forget to include a personal message in the gift message box that's on the cart page. We'll print your heartfelt message on a notecard and will include it in the bow of the gift box.
